The Villa is spread over two levels, the ground floor is accessed directly from the Arabian garden full of seasonal flowers, citrus trees and ornamental plants, whilst  the 1st floor, is accessed through a main entrance which also opens onto a garden with raised flower planters.<\/p><p>The entrance to the villa is easily identified due to the two monumental columns adorned with noble coat of arms, the characteristic garfish, \u2018aguglie\u2019, which not only give the name to the Villa, but also to the surrounding country ground floor level, are rented for short periods, and are individually equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom, wifi and all the comforts required for our guests to spend a relaxing holiday in total autonomy, in the tranquility of the countryside, immersed in nature, where time seems to stand still.<\/p><p>The thick wall structure, typical of the buildings of the early century, maintain all rooms cool and fresh even in the hot summer months.<\/p><p>For the winter, radiators keep all rooms warm.<\/p><p>Guests are invited to wander through the characteristic garden paved with limestone paving stones and tall flower boxes built of Modica stone.<\/p><p>In addition to the centuries-old lemon, orange and mandarin trees, there are various other Mediterranean scents such as citronella, jasmine, bougainvillea, wisteria and flowers of all kinds.<\/p><p>The large out door areas available, allow guests to enjoy their breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors, as the ample garden is furnished with tables, armchairs and countless stone benches scattered throughout the gardens.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column point of the villa\u2019s gardens.<\/p><p>Furnished with sun beds and umbrellas, showers with hot water and wi-fi, guests may relax in absolute privacy, as the pool area is surrounded by an evergreen and luxuriant hedge.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Adjacent to the pool, there is \"the antique barnyard\" which retains the typical Sicilian flooring with hard limestone paving stones, called \"cuticci\" in dialect.\n\nLocated between the swimming pool and the barnyard, in a very shady spot, guests may find the barbecue area, which is perfectly integrated in the naturalistic context where we find fruit trees, colorful vines, jasmine and aromatic herbs that inebriate the senses.<\/p><p>The recently built photovoltaic system allows the production of clean energy.\n\nA few meters from the main entrance of the villa, there is a large reserved and shaded car park space. There is also a vegetable garden where seasonal vegetables are grown in a completely natural fiaba<\/strong>\nAbbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa splendida villa ottocentesca, in un'atmosfera rilassante, nella campagna tra Modica e il mare. Gli appartamentini sono dotati di ogni comfort e perfettamente inseriti nel contesto. C'\u00e8 anche una piscina a disposizione esclusiva degli ospiti della struttura. A completare il tutto uno splendido giardino con gli odori della Sicilia su cui predomina il gelsomino siciliano che al tramonto inebria completamente tutta l'area intorno. La Villa \u00e8 poi in posizione ottimale per poter raggiungere sia le spiagge pi\u00f9 belle della Sicilia sudorientale sia i luoghi pi\u00f9 importanti della Sicilia barocca come Modica, Siracusa, Noto, Scicli e Ragusa.\nUn particolare ringraziamento ad Ester per la sua gentilezza e disponibilit\u00e0 si \u00e8 dimostrata una perfetta padrona di casa. paradiso!<\/strong>\nAndando da Pozzallo verso Modica non si pu\u00f2 non notare a sinistra una bellissima Villa immersa nel verde ... Incuriositi, io e mio marito, ci siamo avviati verso il viale che conduce alla Villa e per caso abbiamo incontrato la padrona di casa, la signora Ester che con cura ed amore sistemava il giardino! Abbiamo chiesto di visitare la villa e lei con estrema gentilezza ci ha fatti entrare. Entrando ci siamo ritrovati in un'altra realt\u00e0... profumo di gelsomino e rose nell'aria, la musica del vento tra le foglie, il cinguettio degli uccelli, gli svariati colori dei fiori... Meraviglia. La villa all'interno \u00e8 arredata in stile classico e raffinato ed offre tutto quello che serve per rigenerarsi dallo stress di tutti i giorni... Meravigliosa \u00e8 dir poco! Grazie signora Ester per averci fatto conoscere il suo fantastico angolo di paradiso... Gli appartamenti sono dotati di cucina attrezzata , camera da letto , bagno : il tutto perfettamente in ordine e pulito . Inoltre sui pu\u00f2 sfruttare la piscina situata difronte e il barbecue , e leggere un libro all\u2019ombra nel meraviglioso e profumato giardino . Il tutto \u00e8 perfettamente in armonia con la gentilissima e ospitale padrona di casa, Ester . A pochi chilometri da Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Scicli e dalle spiagge di Pozzallo e Sampieri. Fuori dalla confusione, immersi nel giardino arabo di agrumi e mele cotogne e fiori, nei colori e profumo di gelsomino. Sul giardino, oltre al corpo centrale abitato dalla proprietaria, si aprono cinque appartamenti composti ognuno da una ampia camera matrimoniale, cucina abitabile e bagno. Funzionale ed attrezzata. Sullo spiazzo antistante si apre una piscina circondata da palme nane, lettini e ombrelloni, con bagno e spogliatoio.
